All Items are sent via Australia Post's  E-Parcel Service , your package can take up to 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending where you live. Remember, these approximate times start the day after your order has been sent. Also, Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days.

We are able to track your order from the moment it leaves us to the time it is signed for by you. We have insured your item through Australia Post against loss or damage.

It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process your order. Most of our orders are processed the very next business day after you've placed the order however some orders do take longer mainly due to Credit Card authorization, Direct Deposit clearance times, security issues and high volume.

Please note that circumstances do arise that are beyond our control, i.e. - lost or misrouted packages due to Australia Post, as well as credit card authorization problems. In these rare situations, the delivery time can be delayed a bit and expected shipping times are not guaranteed. We do everything within our control to expedite every order.

All items are despatched once full payment has been received.

To protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Aussie Kids Rule Toys & Collectibles website.

The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

ORDERING PRODUCTS - When ordering from Aussie Kids Rule Toys & Collectibles, the following information is required:

  • Name - We use this information to send you your order, and to address you with information or questions regarding your order.
  • Billing Address - We use this information to send you your order if you have requested that your order be sent to your billing address. In addition, your billing address is used to verify your Credit Card, Paypal and other payment information to prevent fraud. We also use this address to send notices to.
  • Phone Numbers - We use this to call you if there is any problem or concern with your order.
  • Ship-to Name and Address - If you are sending products to an address different than the billing address, the information collected is used to direct shipments to the appropriate destination.
  • Credit Card Information - This information is processed through Paypal’s secure website and we do not receive or store any Credit Card details.
  • E-mail Address - Your e-mail address is used to send you information regarding your order, and to send you promotional information, news and information regarding products and offers available at Aussie Kids Rule Toys & Collectibles website.  Your e-mail address is NEVER shared, sold, or given to any third party. Anyone may remove themselves from our email lists simply by contacting Aussie Kids Rule Toys & Collectibles.

How We Use Information

An explanation of the information we collect, and how we use it is detailed here.  We repeat our general use of information we collect here:  We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order.   We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order to ship the product and to confirm delivery.  We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Effective Date of Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is effective as of 1st April 2008 and applies to all data collected since this date. Aussie Kids Rule Toys & Collectibles reserves the right to change or modify this policy at any time. All changes and modifications to this policy will be posted on this page.


Refund Policy

Orders are carefully inspected for quality, assortment and proper packaging prior to shipment. Nobody is perfect, however, and we know that. Manufacturers might not include all the items as stated on the packaging, Freight Carriers might damage the goods in transit, and yes - even we might mess up from time-to-time. That's why we have a 14-Day Return Policy that states:

•If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold by Aussie Kids Rule Toys and Collectibles within 14 days from the receipt of your item/s for a prompt refund or replacement. Policy details subject to change without notice.
What Else Do I Need To Know?

•Since Aussie Kids Rule Toys and Collectibles deals with popular collectibles and hard to get items, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we may not be able to send a replacement and will give you a refund instead.


•Products must be returned in their entirety (no partial cases) in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice (either the original or a copy). Damaged goods will not be accepted.


•Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the items (inc GST). This credit will not include any original shipping and processing charges unless products are damaged when you receive them. Your credit will appear AFTER Aussie Kids Rule Toys and Collectibles receives and processes your returned item as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy.


•Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for any refund to appear on your statement.

•Items returned for refund or replacement is at your cost, unless damaged by the Freight Company, which will require proof of damage from the Freight Company.
